What are Supply and Demand zones?

Demand and Supply Zones Trading is the Art of identifying High probability Supply and Demand Patterns created by Big Institutions and the Smart Money. This is a Price action trading strategy that identifies institutional footprints. The law of Supply and Demand Zone Trading Indicates that certain Price patterns are created exclusively by institutional traders and a retail trader cannot create such patterns.

Supply and Demand traders can leverage by trading these zones, when price retraces to these zones. Institutions typically purchase or sell securities on an average pricing basis in order to maximize the gains from the stock. When a supply or demand level is formed, there is a very high likelihood of having large number of unfilled orders in that area. If one can identify those areas, then it’s possible to initiate trades along with the institutions and participate with them.
