- The Participant agrees to take particular care when providing us with the details pertaining to debit/credit card and warrants that these details are accurate and complete at the time of making subscription to the courses. The Participant also warrants that the credit or debit card details that are provided are of own credit or debit card and that sufficient funds are available to make the said payment.
- All contents of this training program including all the trademarks, logos and service marks, information’s and contents provided on our website, design structure and compilation are owned Intellectual Properties of MAK Trading School and their group or associate companies and no part of this training course or website shall be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means – electronic, electrostatic, magnetic tape, mechanical, printing, photocopying, recording or otherwise including the right of translation in any language without the permission of MAK Trading School or its group or associate companies. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of the participants/customers, who violate the proprietary rights, in addition to necessary legal action and forfeiture of the course fees.
- Any subscriber will be restricted to maximum of One concurrent login from any devices, any attempts of more than One concurrent login will be blocked.
- The Participant understands that investment in securities market is subject to market risk and shall read all the related documents including the Risk disclosure documents carefully before investing in any financial products. MK Trading School or its associates will be in no way responsible or accountable for any losses incurred due to investment/ trading decisions taken by the participant. Mk Trading School is not a SEBI registered entity.
- All participants should make detailed investigations as they deem necessary to arrive at an independent evaluation of any investment product or securities (including the merits and risks involved) and should consult its own advisors to determine the merits and risks of such investment/product.

- Access to recorded sessions of training conducted will be available only for a limited period as per the subscription availed, which will be at the discretion of MAK Trading School
- Access to resources on the website www.mktradingschool.com will be available to the user if his/her user subscription is valid. At the expiration of subscription period MAK Trading School has the right to restrict the users access on the website.
- We run promotions and sales for our course from time to time. The course may be available at a discounted price for a set period. The price applicable to the course will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the course (at checkout). Any price offered for the course may also be different when you are logged into your account from the price available to users who aren’t registered or logged in, because some of our promotions are available to new users only.

- The participant agrees to abide by all the rules & regulations laid down by MAK Trading School.
- The participant agrees to receive periodic telephonic call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email communication.
- MAK Trading School will be in no way responsible for any delays or cancellation in services arising due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, internet connectivity problems, defects, technical glitch, inclement weather, strikes, conflicts, wars, acts of God or other like causes.
- MAK Trading School cannot be held responsible for the content, information, software, products, features, and services published on the website www.mktradingschool.com . Website and mobile application may be temporarily unavailable from time to time due to required maintenance, telecommunication interruptions or other disruptions.
- The lifetime access promised in any of our courses is subject to the website and MAK Trading School is functioning.
- If the participant/user violates any of the terms & conditions mentioned above, then MAK Trading School has the right to terminate their membership with immediate effect. Any fees or subscription charges paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation of this paragraph.
